Owning a network marketing business does not have to end in failure if you utilize these important tips.  I have seen many people quit along the way without even putting forth the effort to create success.  I have always wondered why people even start a business if they have no intention of making it work.  Is it because people who begin network marketing do not treat it as a real business, since it is different than a traditional brick and mortar business?  To be successful in network marketing, certain strategies must be implemented.

First of all, decide on one business you want to promote, not several.  Getting yourself too diversified will be your downfall.  Start researching the companies you are interested in and weigh the pros and cons.  What is the auto ship cost? Can I afford the monthly outlay?  Is there a charge for my back office?  Is the product effective and affordable to the average consumer? Can I be excited about this product? How long has the company been in business? These are questions which must be answered before joining a company and being disappointed down the road.

Next, the promotion of your new business has to begin.  Decide on the amount of funds you have available for promotion then choose the type of marketing you wish to employ.  One of the most cost effective and justifiable business expenses is joining a top notch mlm system.  If you take advantage of the training and expertise they offer, your success rate just doubled automatically.  Most people start a business but then have no clue what to do next.  A good network marketing system takes you by the hand and presents you with an exact blueprint of the steps to develop for success.

One of the biggest mistakes a new marketer can make in promotion is implementing too many marketing techniques.  Pick one and only one strategy and use nothing else.  You must master and be proficient in one method before trying another. Otherwise you will end up floundering and failing.  For example, you wish to start with ppc. Which I never recommend for a beginner or someone without a good portion of money since you will lose money until you perfect this approach. Read and study the material in your back office of your mlm system and then expand to other sources.  Research ppc until you can perfect ppc marketing. Do not move on to another promotion method until you have won this battle.

The above are just a few tips I have picked up along my way in the network marketing business. But what astounds me the most is the number one reason for failure I have seen involving network marketing.  The new network marketer never begins!

Compliments have been studied by psychologists for years.  The positive energy which comes from a compliment is astounding and can actually be measured with medical equipment.   How can this powerful technique be implemented into your business and personal relationships?

People are really very simple.  They need to feel self worth to survive.  If this feeling is not invoked within, then depression is most likely to occur.  The positive force a compliment can create may be the difference between an affirmative or mediocre relationship.  Whether it’s for business or personal reasons, compliments should be handed out multiple times a day by you.  Doing this one simple task everyday, will not only enrich others but also your life as well.

Complimenting some one should be for a specific issue and not to general.  For example, a good compliment would be “Sandy, your hair is very stylish and looks super on you.” Not “Sandy you are looking good today.”  Being much more detailed with the compliment makes the person feel like you have really taken notice.  Complimenting a person is one of the most rewarding gifts you can give so why not do it often? 

Are you having trouble with the kids doing chores?  Try praising them on a regular basis and see how far they will go to please you.  The praise causes a feeling of acceptance and self worth which every child needs to feel happy and secure.

Giving compliments are important, but in return you must know how to receive one.  When you receive praise, graciously smile and say “thank you”.  Do not try to destroy the positive reinforcement of the person delivering the compliment.  For example, if Sally said to you “Sandy, your hair is very stylish and looks super on you.” Do not say “I guess, but I can really see the gray in my hair.” Making a statement such as that really demolishes the person’s positive atmosphere they were hoping to generate.

 If you are uncomfortable with giving or receiving compliments, start practicing every morning until it comes automatic.  Flattery will greatly enhance someone’s life if it is genuine.  A person has an innate perception of false compliments.  If you try to give forged praise you will just make that person even feel more insecure about themselves.

 Try giving a compliment to someone who you really do not like much.  Make it a point to find something good about that person no matte how insignificant you think it is.  Compliment him a few times and watch how your feelings toward him change.  You are now looking for the good in someone instead of the bad and what you see might surprise you.

What if everyone started practicing this technique everyday?  If everyone only searched for the positive qualities which people possess?  Our society today is very self serving and conceited, only expecting the worse in people.  Would we see a decrease in crime? An avalanche with volunteers helping one another? A happier, more secure future for our children?  The full possibilities in which positive energy could create can not yet be studied.  Why? Because there are not enough compliments spreading throughout our society.  Maybe the change can begin with you and set in motion a new beginning. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain implementing this important requirement every human being thrives upon.

Success in MLM is only achieved with helping others.

Picking a mlm company requires insight, research and interest.  When I first started out, I picked the wrong companies and I want to save you from making the same mistake.  With my background, I chose the health industry because I myself believe in optimal health.  The health industry is a trillion dollar market but there are still bad products and companies.

I first started out trying drinks and potions.  Well, not such a good choice with the thousands on the market, but I believed in the nutrition value so I tested many of them. All the ones I tested, tasted OK and were passable, but I did not feel any different.  I have to believe in a product to have the excitement needed for promotion.  How can I sell a product in which deep down I know didn’t work for me?

The next factor I looked at was the cost.  I could not afford a outrages monthly autoship and generally speaking, probably no one else you are marketing too can either.  A few companies would even try to gouge the distributors with extremely high shipping fees just to make a fast buck!  Not my kind of company.

The next thing I researched was the cost of the product itself.  Could the average consumer afford this?  Most of the fancy  drinks were way overpriced for the average person.  How are you going to convince them to pay 4 dollars for an energy drink or for 1 serving of their vitamins per usage?  Well, let me tell you something.  YOU’RE NOT! unless they are extremely gullible or the product is one of a kind.

I use my office for my test.  I present these different potions and drinks to my patients and do test runs.  No one was interested! Too much money and committment on their part.  I wanted to use a product I was excited about and deep down my patients could not feel this.  I wanted a product in which they would come to me!  Did I find the product in which my patients come to me? because they can feel my excitement? Yes I did and in a multi million dollar niche of weight loss.  People are down right desperate and will do almost anything to lose weight.

But as a doctor, I knew I could rule out pills(bad absorption and mostly worthless), so I was leaning toward a liquid,(which isn’t much better when you figure up to 80% of the nutrients are lost in the pasteurization process) until I discovered the weight loss patch.  My office has literally exploded with excitement! They also have other various patches that are top notch.  The normal consumer can afford them!  The patch delivery is one of the most effective ways of absorption into the blood stream.  The medical field is also flooding the community with various medications using this proven system.

The comp  plan was next to be scrutinized.  How much was the payout? Was it the normal 20-30 percent or could you actually find a company in which 50% were paid to the distributors? Yeah, right again. Precision 3 is one of these companies.

Well, many of you have probably experienced the same story as mine. Do They Rape You On Shipping? 5.  How Good Is The Comp Plan? 6. How Reputable Is The Company?
